Just popping in to say good game Sydney definitely glad to see you get further and of course to my home girl Michelle I’m so bummed I won’t be asking you questions but what fierce gameplay I was proud of you! You both did great.  And everyone was super cool to get to meet and know outside of the game.

And explain some of this idol shit between you and Michelle? None of us had any clue that Michelle gave you the idol to play to save Voce and it took a move I was already impressed with and made it even more impressive when she told us that it was your idol you gave to her that she felt she had to give to you.

Rodney and I were allied at the beginning as a fun enemies to lovers story arc but then he got all freaky about that one vote so he had to go. 
The double idol play was rly fun! So when James got out (he was my bounty) my mystery box advantage was that I got an idol but I have to give it to someone else but I waited until after Rod went home. So I gave it to Michelle because I felt like she was gonna betray me at some point (and she did) and then we'd need to work together again (we did). Honestly that was probably my best move out of the game because I couldn't tell her I gave her the idol but I knew she had it and I knew I wanted it for that vote. I basically was jsut mad enough at her that she gave it to me as a sign of peace or something lol. And i knew i needed it  because you guys were bluffing saying you were gonna vote for me but I did think it was possible you'd vote for Voce too. Voce used his on me so then i got to use mine/michelle's on him which secured some loyalty between me and voce and then i also got to tell michelle i gave her the idol in the first place which also secured some loyalty!! That was so fun 

Great answers. Again, can't stress enough how awesome and impressive your idol play was - Michelle revealing that it was yours the entire time just elevated the move to a whole new level. James might get some credit for one of the flashiest moves of the season with his fake idol chaos but your idol stuff might be the one I'm most impressed by overall. 

I guess as a follow up - did you know Voce had an idol? Or was it just an instance where he played his idol on you and you were like "well, fuck it" and tossed it on him?

Voce never told me he got an idol but I had intuitive sense he did. Just in the way he was acting, idk and I knew we'd need both idols because you guys were gonna either come for me or him. I'm glad I was right on that one

Like in truth there wasn't ever a goat cuz everyone rocked it (except I don't know what the hell is going on with poor Voce so at some point i decided he was my goat. which is confusing because i know he has the capability to be dominant)

I wouldn't say I'm taking credit. We both worked really hard on those I did just let him think he was leading me a little bit more than he actually was. Like some of the info he was bringing to me was either info I already knew or info I already knew wasn't correct. I needed him to help me survive but i wasn't as clueless as I seemed

Morgan vote- I found out james was coming for me so i turned the tides and orchestrated a blindside against his closest ally. Seemed like the only way and I came in and got it done within 2 hours while reeling from the trauma of my best friend LOL. First time someone was coming for me and they went home instead

Naseer- Just set him up as a back up plan. Sucks cuz i would’ve loved to play with him but he wasn't very useful to me

James- as much as he was having a showdown with stephanie i was also having a show down with him since the beginning of the game with him trying to come for me, trying to manipulate everyone, but still he went home and I like how me and Steph handled that whole situation it was just rly fun lol. Second time someone was coming for me and they went home instead

Rodney- would have liked to play more with him but last minute he started throwing my name out so i had to step in. I almost went home but then it was a unanimous revote and i think that’s because of how chill i handled that entire situation while he was freaking out. Third time someone was coming for me and they went home instead

Paul- ONLY vote i was left out on. Got two votes from him and Michelle (my former closest ally) and so everything went into question and I had to kick it into overdrive a bit and stop playing the UTR card

Mike- Was previously my closest ally but got involved with a different group then started coming for me. What was great about this was I convinced Michelle (who has voted for me at the last tribal) to give me her idol (which i had given her anonymously, as i had to give someone an idol as my mystery box advantage that I got from eliminating JAMES ((my game nemesis)) and then used that idol to save voce while he used his to save me! So i eliminated the #1 power player, solidified trust with michelle and voce, and even got to use the idol i gave to someone else to help myself . Fourth time when it was them or me and my best move in the game! I had such an accurate read and nobody even knew

Hali- she’s the darling of the jury so she had to go. Two power players gone in a row. And it was my idea both time . 5th time!!!

Michelle- Actually gonna take credit for this vote out because I knew for a couple days that I would get rid of her before the final, but didn't want it to seem like my idea because I wanted her jury vote. So i just started posing the idea to Voce with subtlety and started entertaining Steph more and letting her think she was changing my mind on something I had already decided on

I don't know if you orchestrated the Morgan vote as much as you might think you did. If you have another perspective on it I'm missing I'd love to hear it though. It felt like a really united front on that one from everyone BUT credit where credit is due. You could have come into that vote, caused chaos and made a big show but you played it low-key, kept your cool and made it through which I don't know if a lesser player would have been able to play it the same way you did. It was impressive how it unfolded and how composed you were while it did unfold.

At the Paul vote - even though I left you out it was to keep you alive. The OG plan - that Steph got me to go against - was Paul, Michelle, Hali and I pull in Steph and Voce and take you out where Paul went. Steph convinced me that siding with her and Voce was better for my game and to keep you around. Got Hali and I to flip early and take the shot at Paul and Michelle 1-2 rounds before I was comfortable doing.

As for my vote - I knew about Michelle's idol that was really your idol so I just had to set you up, make it public and then try for voce because I was worried Michelle was going to play the idol on you, and pad her resume by saving you and idoling me out at the same time. But then you played it for him and here we are finding out you made an even doper move than though.

Loved your game Sydney, it was awesome to see and learn even more about after the fact.

when u out of the blue asked me if I had an idol I knew I shouldn’t lie about it bc I was under the assumption someone gave it to me. So it made me think hmmm she prob knows!! Loll 

if I had heard the vote was u and hadn’t won immunity I woulda kept it for me. But that’s not to discredit u at all bc I think the idol circling back to you is so iconic and def a game winning move to me. Like, of everyone I could have given it to at f6 I chose you at the end of the day (I mean I wasn’t gonna give it to a Paul voter lol, but still wanted to work w u a tad longer!)
