ahhh sorry i'm just getting to this now!! i'm so tired lol, was barely on today - forgive meee
1. Let's do some reminiscing. You were a pre-juror in a season of 40 people before, and now you're F4. How do you feel getting so far to the end this season compared to how you faired on Aegean Sea?
I was one of the first 4 to leave in season 40, and now one of the last 4 in season 41! I think that's what we call a full circle moment. I new it was gonna be a fun time regardless of placement (getting Francesca'd would have been iconic tbh) but im so happy i was able to stay around for this long! It's been great getting to experience more of the game side of stranded this time, as fun as the lurkers lodge was lol.
2. Without many people left in the game, do you have any loose ends you have to tie up? Or is everyone firm in their positions?
I really don't know. I'm not super firm in mine so lets go with no? not firm? firmish.
Loose ends don't think so, i think everyone sorta knows where the other stands. Not to say that people are telling me the truth, it's likely they're just saying anything to position themselves as a good final 2 buddy.
I'm also not great at knowing what people's motivations are. Barely know my own if we're being honest. Last tribal, with my name being thrown out as 'the one to win' threw me a bit. If that's what people are trying to paint me as then its to make sure no one wants to take me to final 2. Sydney told me that she thinks i'd beat her at the end but she'd be okay with it? I cant believe that lol.
With only so few people and no little trinkets hiding up my sleeve, there's not much i can do but put trust in the people i have left to work with. And try to win immunity
3. What is your resume looking like so far? Did you control any votes, make alliances, have an incredible social game, be a puppetmaster, took part in an idol play, were a comp beast, etc? Think about how you might appear to the jury at FTC where perception is key. What evidence is there for you to support the fact that you have a winning game?
Oof, i hate resumes. Let's see what i can whip up for mine!
Suppose I could say that I was pretty well situated from the start, being in two of the alliances and having other close 1on1 bonds with people. And that led to me getting an idol, which i gave to sydney to help get mike/hali out. I'll make it sound smart-er maybe, if im actually at the end lol.
The only vote i think i was blindsided at the results of was pauls? ya i think just pauls. But if im at the end, then i can make it out like that was actually fine for me bc i had voce and sydney. If i'm not at the end then scratch that, i did not have voce and sydney.
Then if the jury respects comp wins then sweet i got em. I personally don't - it's cool in a do-or-die sense, narratively. But it's not strategy or social game? I guess its a tenant of survivor if u go by the motto but imo most people rank it last on the scale of importance. Bet ur ass i'll milk it tho if it gets me any cred.
4. How badly do you want the title of the winner of Stranded in Mykonos?
Kinda alot??? who doesn't wanna win!?
The cliche answer is that i've already won, blah blah, just by getting to have a second chance yadda yadda. And that is all true! No matter what i've been having a great time! No regrets applying back on season 40, and no regrets on agreeing to come back for this!
Now on to the mushy gushy, when I was asked to do stranded the first time i wasn't doing so hot. Just very much isolating myself and scared to do anything, that sorta vibe. And I thought to myself, well here's an interesting opportunity in front of me? It felt like a harmless way to just do something new and random to hopefully jumpstart some actual progress in other areas of my life. and it was!
Im embarrassed to admit that during the interview, i was shaking so bad i could barely type. I was like, hyperventilating the entire time lol - heart pumping, just freaking tf out! And i thought, dude if this is making me act this way thats not good, and I should work on it. That thought encouraged me to just keep going thru the process.
Now imagine how extra hilarious, that after all that stress, when the time finally came... i was voted out first in a blindside. IT SUCKED..at the time, but soon i was ushered into the spec lounge where you were all SO nice and welcoming!! It made the whole thing worth it tbh! And since then, i've gotten better irl too! So i like to look at stranded as my first stepping stone!
That's just a personal reason why i think it would be nifty to win!
But seriously winning is fun, we're all gunning for that top spot!
5. What are you most looking forward to when the season is over?
being DONE! Orgs are fun but i need a break!
and just getting to gab post-season <3
